Overview

Seedance Maker is an independent AI video product with its own interface for supported third-party models. This policy explains the uses and content categories that are not allowed on the service.

You Must Not Use The Service To

  • generate, request, upload, or distribute sexually explicit, nude, or otherwise NSFW content
  • generate sexually suggestive content, including undressing, fetish content, twerking, or provocative poses
  • create face-swap, deceptive identity, impersonation, or unauthorized likeness-based content
  • violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
  • create illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, hateful, or violent content that violates applicable law or platform policy
  • attempt to bypass safety filters, moderation controls, account restrictions, or payment restrictions

Uploaded Materials

You may only upload or reference materials that you have the right to use. If you provide a person’s image, likeness, brand asset, or copyrighted work, you are responsible for ensuring your use is authorized.

Moderation

We may block prompts, uploads, generations, or accounts when activity appears to violate this policy, our Terms of Service, legal obligations, or payment-partner compliance requirements. We may apply automated checks and manual review as needed.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content rejection, generation failure, account restrictions, subscription cancellation, refund decisions, or permanent suspension.
