Acceptance

By accessing or using Seedance Maker, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Scope

Seedance Maker is an independent AI video product. The service provides a website, pricing information, documentation, and application flows related to short-form AI video generation, including access to supported third-party models through its own interface. Public capability descriptions are part of the service scope and may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity performed through your account. You must not share access in ways that violate applicable law or any plan restrictions.

Payments

Paid plans, credits, and billing events are subject to the pricing and checkout flow presented at the time of purchase. Taxes, refunds, and renewal behavior may depend on the payment provider and the plan selected.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful activity
  • infringe the rights of others
  • upload or reference materials you do not have the right to use
  • interfere with service security, availability, or integrity
  • generate or request sexually explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content
  • create deceptive identity content, impersonation, face-swap, or unauthorized likeness-based content

You must also comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Generated Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, references, and downstream use of generated outputs. You must ensure that your use of third-party brands, likenesses, music, and other protected material is lawful.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may block prompts, references, uploads, outputs, or accounts that appear to violate our policies, compliance requirements, legal obligations, or safety controls. Repeated or severe violations may result in restricted access, suspension, cancellation, or refund decisions where appropriate.

Availability and Changes

seedancemaker may change, suspend, or remove features, limits, and public access patterns at any time. The public website does not guarantee that every documented or referenced workflow is currently exposed in the generator UI.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every production use case.
